We are expanding our Chennai operations and are looking for driven Academic Counsellors, Business Development professionals to accelerate growth.

What You'll Do

• Deliver training in SAP modules such as SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP ABAP (additional modules are an added advantage)
• Handle small batches / 1-1 sessions with focus on practical and industry-oriented learning
• Train students using real-time business scenarios, workflows, and case studies
• Guide students through end-to-end SAP processes, implementations, and project understanding
• Support students in assignments, mock interviews, resume preparation, and placement readiness
• Conduct assessments and track student progress regularly
• Contribute to workshops, ERP-based projects, and new course implementations

Who You Are

• Strong knowledge in SAP FICO / MM / SD / ABAP or related SAP modules
• Understanding of business processes and ERP workflows
• Prior SAP training or industry experience preferred (not mandatory)
• Freshers with strong SAP knowledge and communication skills can also apply
• Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
• Should be ready to work on real-time projects; implementation experience is an added advantage
• Ability to conduct workshops or corporate training sessions is an added advantage
• Strong ownership mindset and willingness to continuously learn and upgrade skills.
