Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily preschool and daycare operations.

Supervise teachers and support staff.

Ensure effective implementation of the preschool curriculum.

Handle parent interactions, counselling, and admissions.

Monitor classroom quality, child safety, and hygiene standards.

Plan and coordinate school events and activities.

Maintain student records and operational reports.

Support marketing and admission initiatives to achieve enrolment targets.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (ECCE/Montessori qualification preferred).

2–5 years of experience in a preschool, daycare, or educational institution.

Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.

Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
