Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of Security Services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methods, tools, training, and assets. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders to maintain seamless project progress and quality outcomes. The position demands proactive problem-solving and strategic planning to meet client expectations and drive continuous improvement within the security delivery framework.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Oversee project delivery schedules and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align objectives and resolve challenges.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security.
- Strong knowledge of access control concepts and role management within SAP environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing security policies and procedures for enterprise systems.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and compliance audits related to SAP Security.
- Familiarity with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools and processes.
- Skilled in troubleshooting security issues and providing effective remediation strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Security.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
