Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, protocols, and procedures
- Manage and supervise security staff and vendors
- Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV, alarms, access control systems)
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments
- Investigate incidents, breaches, or suspicious activities
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when needed
- Ensure compliance with local laws and company regulations
- Prepare reports on security status and incidents
- Train employees on safety and emergency procedures
