Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end accounting operations in Tally Prime.
- Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Record purchase, sales, journal, payment, and receipt entries.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliations.
- Manage GST, TDS, E-Invoicing, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow reports, and financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
- Monitor warehouse inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
- Support month-end and year-end account finalization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Experience in Warehouse, Logistics, FMCG, Trading, or B2B business preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
