Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Agile transformation for new ARTs / programs, from team setup through delivery stabilization and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Data Science leadership to design scalable team structures, and operating models.
- Coach Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners to strengthen execution, flow, and outcome-driven planning.
- Facilitate PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and leadership alignment sessions.
- Establish effective backlog practices, governance models, and delivery rhythms.
- Define and embed meaningful delivery metrics (flow, predictability, say/do ) to guide continuous improvement.
- Actively identify and implement AI-enabled improvements in Agile ways of working, including automation of repetitive activities and smarter decision support.
- Coach teams and leaders on adopting AI-supported delivery practices and experimentation culture.
- Contribute to the Agile Coaching Practice by sharing knowledge and shaping standards.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading large-scale Agile / SAFe transformations in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban, including ART setup and program coaching.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and facilitate high-impact workshops.
- Strong understanding of flow-based metrics and data-driven delivery improvement.
- Hands-on experience with Jira Cloud, Confluence, and Miro.
- Practical understanding of AI application in software delivery, including:
- effective prompting techniques
- identifying automation opportunities in Agile processes
- experience with tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar AI assistants
- awareness of AI capabilities in modern delivery platforms (e.g., Atlassian ecosystem)
