Senior Analyst II Controllership

Job Description:

• To handle the Compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and other Corporate Laws
• Well versed with SEBI Listing Regulations, SEBI (PIT) Regulations and other SEBI regulations, etc to handle the compliance of Listed entities.
• Support in conducting Board meetings, Boards Committee Meetings & Annual/ Extra-ordinary General Meetings;
• Drafting of Agenda and Minutes for the several meetings of Directors of Listed Companies and private companies;
• Drafting Annual Reports of Listed Companies and Private Companies;
• Handling of communication with various regulatory authorities, shareholders and other stakeholders;
• Ensuring statutory compliances including filing of various forms for Private Companies
