Job Description

1. Senior Branch Manager

Job Title: Senior Branch Manager

Industry: NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company)

Location: Neelankarai, Chennai (ECR – within 10 km radius mandatory)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday & National Holidays

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 10 years in finance sector

Age Limit: Below 40 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee complete branch operations
  • Drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead and supervise branch team
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations
  • Develop customer relationships and increase portfolio
  • Monitor performance targets and branch KPIs

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Experience in NBFC / Banking sector preferred
  • Ability to handle branch independently
