Senior Design Engineer - MEP (FPS)

 SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)

To dTo Develop FPS designs ensuring local and international codes & standards with optimal design solutions for the given building.

  • Prepare schematic layouts, BOQs, and technical submittals.
  • Coordinate with other MEP teams and architectural teams for routing.
  • Review vendor data and support commissioning documentation.
  • Monitor the schedule and deliver as per the plan.
  • ?Proficient in local codes and standards & Local CFO norms.
  • Work experience in designing the Super high rise buildings.
  • Experience in, Hydrant system, sprinkler system, detection and alarm system, Extinguishers, signages, water spary system, water mist system, Gas suppression system.
  • Capable of handling the client and its representatives for the project dleivery.
  • Knowledge on digital and sustainable practices.
