Job Description

  • contact customers through phone calls, emails, messages, and personal visits regarding overdue payments.
  • Follow up on outstanding accounts and ensure timely collections.
  • Negotiate repayment plans and payment commitments with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.
  • Update collection status in the company’s CRM or collection software.
  • Investigate and trace customers with incorrect or changed contact details.
  • Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
  • Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
