Responsibilities:

1.Manage the complete admission cycle, from enquiry handling to enrollment.

Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to understand student requirements and recommend suitable baking courses.

Explain course curriculum, career opportunities, fee structure, and admission procedures.

Achieve monthly admission revenue targets of up to ₹20 Lakhs through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and face-to-face counselling.

2.Manage front office operations, including reception, visitor handling, phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.

Maintain student records, attendance, certificates, and both digital and physical documentation.

Coordinate daily training center operations, including class schedules, faculty rosters, classroom readiness, and housekeeping support.

3.Deliver practical and theory-based training in baking, pastry, and confectionery techniques to students.

Demonstrate classical and contemporary baking methods, including bread, cakes, pastries, desserts, and chocolate work.

Develop and update training modules, recipes, lesson plans, and practical assignments.
