Combined of soft and hard PPT preparation to send  JLL and client - one drive

Snacks count , distribution , ordering for snacks - one drive

HK- Consumables- monthly PO in details , against usage on daily basis maintain -Inventory

FRAM - HK , MST , Garden , security  , canteen - daily basis edit as per working hours , if any challenge highlighted to central team / daily check support with security - one drive

Hotel Booking- visitors , other location

Monthly billing MST 100 % matching with FRAM

  Monthly billing Garden , HK - 100 % matching with FRAM ( weekly need to get the sign from  FM and and spoc)

Corrigo - weekly , monthly check sheet closing with evidence - Rest rooms

Soft service daily report collecting the issue and solution - share the cumulative report .

HX soft service  SLA / soft service IFM , head count JLL and SE share to MMR report

Stationery

Courier - daily verification with security with counter sign , government courier deliver to correct person with conformation

Meeting Rooms Booking

Cab booking internal and out source

Reception

Visit arrangement  - End to end , gift arrangement , lamp lighting , access card for visitors , welcome display , food arrangement , cab arrangement , flower decoration , board room setup,

creche maintenance / cleaning / visiting on daily basis

End User Survey

PPM / SR - 100 % PPM adherence

BGV / PVC  HK

BGV garden   

BGV MST /  STP  followup

Sustainability HK/Innovation - each person has to give one impreovement in each  month
