Job Title: Senior HR Manager

Experience: Minimum 10 Years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Based on experience & interview performance)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to manage complete HR operations and support business growth through effective employee management and HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall HR operations and daily HR activities
• Handle recruitment, interview process, and employee onboarding
• Manage payroll, attendance, leave, and employee records
• Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
• Maintain HR policies and company procedures
• Ensure PF, ESI, and labour law compliance
• Prepare HR reports and documentation
• Support management in workforce planning and HR strategies

Qualification:

• MBA / Master’s Degree in Human Resources (HR) preferred
• Any Bachelor’s Degree with relevant HR experience
• Strong knowledge in HR operations, payroll & compliance

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of HR experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle HR team and employee management independently
