Job Description

  • Coordinating and managing loading schedules, including documentation, tracking and scheduling of shipments
  • Liaising with shipping agents and other logistics partners for delivery to the vessels at the marine ports
  • Maintaining detailed records of all loading schedules, transactions and communications for audit and reference purposes
  • Supporting the development and implementation of operational procedures and best practices
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of daily operations
  • 1-3 years of experience in freight forwarding, cargo handling, logistics operations or a similar role within the marine and logistics industry
  • Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges
  • Customer service mindset with a commitment to maintaining high service standards
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
