As Senior Manager - Talent Development, you will partner with senior leaders, HRBPs, and global teams to architect and deliver an integrated talent and learning portfolio. You will shape a clear leadership development agenda, curate end-to-end learning journeys with top business schools, strengthen the data and systems backbone of L&D, and elevate the brand and adoption of learning across the organization. You will have the accountability and empowerment to speak up, roll up your sleeves, and see ideas through to impact. How will you turn insights into scalable programs that accelerate growth in your first 90 days?

Accountabilities:

  • Leadership and Capability Building: Advance the Talent & Learning strategy through leadership development and capability-building interventions that equip teams to deliver our business strategy faster and with confidence.
  • Fit-for-Future Programs: Build and implement leadership and capability programs aligned to evolving business needs, strengthening the leadership pipeline and de-risking succession for critical roles.
  • Enterprise Talent Processes: Support and drive talent reviews, succession planning, and talent pipelining to create a consistent, proactive view of future capability across the enterprise.
  • Learning Journeys and Strategic Programs: Design and deliver end-to-end learning journeys for key talent segments; lead flagship Leadership Development Programs in collaboration with top-tier B-schools and external partners; continuously enhance impact through innovative and scalable solutions.
  • Strategic L&D Initiatives: Lead projects aligned to transformation and growth priorities, ensuring clear outcomes, measurable impact, and execution excellence from pilot to scale.
  • Stakeholder Partnership and Advisory: Partner with HRBPs, business leaders, and global T&D teams to translate business priorities into learning solutions; act as a trusted advisor on leadership and capability-building; drive alignment and execution across functions and geographies.
  • Learning Analytics, Systems, and Governance: Oversee dashboards, analytics, and reporting to generate actionable insights; strengthen the data and systems backbone for data-driven decisions; ensure governance and effectiveness of learning systems and processes; review and present insights to leadership regularly.
  • Brand and Learning Culture: Lead L&D branding and communication initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption; build a compelling narrative around growth and capability; promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • 8–12 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to Talent Development / Leadership Development
  • Experience designing and delivering leadership programs and learning journeys
  • Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to manage strategic initiatives with execution excellence

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Experience working with B-schools / external learning partners
  • Exposure to learning analytics, dashboards, and L&D systems
  • Experience driving enterprise or global programs
