Senior Process Expert

Core Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Provide timely updates and maintain clear, consistent communication with customers and carriers.
• Ensure timely processing of bookings in line with agreed SLAs and customer requirements.
• Consistently meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time KPIs.
• Escalate critical issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience:
• 2–4 years of experience in Logistics Operations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage with US customers and carriers
• Exposure to TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle TMS) preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail with a focus on data quality and compliance
• Willingness to work in a perpetual night shift.

Freight Brokerage Process Expert is responsible for executing brokerage operations, ensuring compliance, data accuracy, and timely delivery of shipment-related activities. The role focuses on operational excellence, stakeholder coordination, and continuous process improvement.
