KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reconciliation and Disbursement Management

  • Responsible for daily/weekly Reconciliation of disbursement, Premium, Refunds and settlements report with partner institution to ensure accuracy and completeness. 
  • Maintain and verify, disbursements MIS, ensuring timely identification and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Liaise with internal finance and operation teams to close reconciliation gapr and prepare periodic reconciliation statement.
  • Generate, analyse and circulate partner wise disbursement and reconciliation reports for management review.

 

Operations & Policy Administration

 

  • Coordinate with branch teams, sales managers, and credit officers to support insurance distribution. 

 

  • Conduct product training sessions for frontline sales teams to enhance insurance knowledge and selling skills. 

 

Collaborate with cross functional teams

  • Manage policy issuance, endorsements for insurance products with Insurance Partners.

 

  • Ensure smooth claim intimation and settlement for customers, acting as a liaison between branch and Insurer.

 

  • Monitor operational SLAs and TATs with insurance partners to ensure service quality.

 

Compliance & Regulatory

  • Ensure full compliance with IRDAI guidelines, RBI regulations.

 

  • Support audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.

 

  • Maintain records of policies, commissions, and customer communications in line with compliance requirements.

 

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare regular MIS and dashboards on insurance business performance (sales,  commissions, profitability).
