SERVICE ADVISOR

We are looking for a Service Advisor (Two-Wheeler) to join our team. In this role, the Service Advisor will act as a liaison between our customers and service technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers, understand their service needs, and create job cards

-When customers bring their vehicles for inquiries, the Service Advisor should conduct a road test.

- Estimate costs, timelines, and communicate with customers

- Coordinate with mechanics and technicians for repairs and maintenance

- Explain repairs, costs, and ensure customer satisfaction

- Ensure timely delivery of bikes and follow up with customers

- Promote service plans, accessories, and up-sell relevant products

- Maintain service records and customer database

Skills Needed:

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Basic knowledge of bike mechanics and service procedures

- Problem-solving and ability to handle customer complaints

- Organizational skills and attention to detail

- Interact with customers, technicians, and management

SALES EXECUTIVE

We seek a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive for SBM TVS (TWO-WHEELER SHOWROOM) to assist us in expanding our business activities. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be a fast learner, and have a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet sales targets for two-wheelers and accessories

- Assist customers with bike selection, pricing, and financing options

- Provide product info, demos, and after-sales support

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback

- Build relationships with customers and promote loyalty

- Maintain showroom displays and promote offers

Skills Needed:

- Good communication and sales skills

- Customer service orientation

- Basic knowledge of bikes and technical specs

- Ability to meet targets and work with sales metrics

- Team player with a positive attitude

- Work in a bike showroom or dealership
