Job Description:

Managing service operations, acting as a liaison between clients and service teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through scheduling, problem-solving, and clear communication. Key duties include scheduling appointments, coordinating service activities, handling customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining accurate records, and resolving issues to ensure a smooth and efficient service delivery. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling: 

Coordinate and schedule appointments and service calls, manage calendars, and ensure efficient use of resources.

  • Service delivery management: 

Service call allocation to respective location engineers and oversee the delivery of services from start to finish and monitor progress, ensure satisfactory outcomes for the client. 

  • Problem resolution: 

Respond to and resolve customer complaints, conflicts, and service issues in a timely and professional manner. 

  • Client and team communication: 

Act as the main point of contact for clients, handle inquiries, and serve as a liaison between the client and service engineers. 

  • Record keeping: 

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service requests, client interactions, and completed tasks. Engineer’s site entry and exit monitoring to ensure their productivity.

  • Compliance and quality assurance: 

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and taking customer satisfaction feedback.
