Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and professional Service Manager to lead operations at our premium two-wheeler (superbike) service centre. The candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service standards, managing high-performance motorcycle servicing, and ensuring a superior customer experience aligned with premium brand expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end service operations for premium and high-performance motorcycles (superbikes)
- Ensure adherence to OEM standards, diagnostic protocols, and quality benchmarks
- Lead and mentor a team of specialized technicians handling high-capacity motorcycles
- Manage workshop efficiency, job allocation, and turnaround time for high-value vehicles
- Deliver a premium customer experience, including personalized service consultation and follow-ups
- Handle complex technical issues and escalate critical cases when required
- Maintain detailed service records, diagnostic reports, and customer histories
- Coordinate with parts and inventory teams to ensure availability of genuine premium components
- Drive service revenue through value-added services, annual maintenance packages, and upgrades
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, cleanliness, and premium facility standards
- Build long-term relationships with high-value customers and superbike enthusiasts
Requirements
- Experience as a Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor in a premium two-wheeler or superbike segment
- Strong technical expertise in high-performance motorcycles (600cc and above preferred)
- Familiarity with advanced diagnostic tools and electronic systems (ECU, ABS, ride modes, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, team management, and customer relationship skills
- Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail
- Ability to manage high expectations of premium clientele
