Shift Incharge

Position OverviewWe are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Shift Incharge to manage daily warehouse and quick commerce operations for Amazon dark stores / fulfillment activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling manpower, shift planning, productivity, order dispatch, inventory coordination, and ensuring smooth end-to-end operations during assigned shifts.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily shift operations and ensure smooth order processing and dispatch.
• Manage pickers, packers, loaders, and support staff during the shift.
• Ensure all orders are processed within TAT/SLA timelines.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and manpower allocation.
• Coordinate with warehouse managers and delivery teams for seamless operations.
• Handle shift reports, escalation management, and operational updates.
• Maintain discipline, safety standards, and operational SOP compliance.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and reduce operational errors/mis-picks.
• Resolve on-ground operational issues during the shift.
• Conduct briefing sessions before shift start and handover after shift completion.
• Maintain proper communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Basic Excel and reporting knowledge
• Problem-solving and decision-making capability
• Experience in manpower handling preferred
• QualificationAny Graduate / Diploma
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, e-commerce, or quick commerce operations preferred
