Job Description
Oversees daily shift operations, supervises staff, and handles customer service. Key duties include delegating tasks, balancing cash registers, and managing inventory.
Core Responsibilities
- Shift Operations: Open or close the restaurant, manage reservations, and ensure smooth front- and back-of-house coordination.
- Staff Management: Assign duties, supervise employee performance, cover missing shifts, and train new team members.
- Customer Care: Greet guests, ensure satisfaction, and resolve complaints quickly.
- Admin & Safety: Balance cash drawers, track inventory, order supplies, and enforce hygiene and safety rules.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Prior food service and supervisory experience.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, basic math, and problem-solving.
- Education: High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus.
