Job Description

  • Requirements & QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma / Graduate in any discipline (Fashion Designing or Retail Management background is a plus).
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail counter sales, preferably in premium ethnic wear, textiles, sarees, or luxury apparel brands.
  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in the local language and Hindi (English is an added advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of fabrics, prints, textures, and saree draping styles.
  • A polite, patient, and customer-first attitude.
  • Basic numerical skills for billing assistance and tracking targets.
