Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and lead generation.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Present and explain products or services to customers effectively.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.
- EligibilityMinimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass, Diploma, or Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior sales experience is an added advantage.
- Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and convincing ability.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools is an advantage).

- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in retail, FMCG, telecom, consumer durables, BFSI, automotive, or any sales-related industry.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (for field sales roles).
