Job Description
Responsibilities:
Ø Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Ø Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable tiles and related products.
Ø Explain product features, designs, sizes, and pricing to customers.
Ø Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
Ø Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom sales growth.
Ø Maintain customer records and update sales reports.
Ø Coordinate with the warehouse team regarding stock availability.
Ø Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
Ø Build and maintain good relationships with customers, architects, builders, and contractors.
Ø Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
