What you can look forward to as Simulation Engineer (m/f/d):
•    Proficient in FEA techniques, including static, nonlinear, vibration (modal, harmonic, transient, and random), and thermal analysis.
•    Relevant Experience in FEA: 4-6 Years (Preferable: ANSYS/ ANSYS Fluent (CFD) /LS DYNA /ANSYS Motion), Python) & Proficient in PTC Creo.
•    Strong theoretical and analytical knowledge in Engineering Mechanics, Machine Design, Engineering Materials, and Finite Element Methods.
•    Skilled in analytical calculations, FEA report preparation, and technical presentations.
•    Experience in simulation automation using Python and AI-based approaches.
•    Knowledge of simulation data management and digital twin concepts.
•    Ability to collaborate closely with global simulation and design specialists.

 

Your profile as Simulation Engineer (m/f/d):
•    Translate real-world engineering problems into finite element analysis (FEA) models, interpret simulation results, and recommend optimal solutions to the design team.
•    Perform correlation of simulation results with physical test data / experimental results.
•    Deliver FEA results accurately, on time and first time right (FTRoT)
•    Provide weight-reduction recommendations for both new and existing products.
•    Prepare and present comprehensive FEA reports.
•    Enable real-time data integration from sensors and IoT systems.
•    Lifecycle modeling and predictive analytics.
