Job Description
- Nature of Work: Valuation (Civil Engineering)Conduct valuation of residential, commercial, and industrial properties in and around Chennai.
- Perform site visits to assess property conditions, measurements, and compliance with relevant standards.
- Prepare technical valuation reports based on field observations and market data.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to valuation methodologies.
- Two-wheeler required for site visits.
- basic Knowelage of Word and exel softwere
