Job Description
We are looking to hire a *full-time Site Coordinator*
*Position Overview:*
- Full-time during construction phase (ongoing through end of 2026, approximately 6–8 months from hire date)
- *Post-Construction:*
Transition to permanent Facility Management role upon project completion
*Key Responsibilities (during construction):*
- Maintain organized bill and document filing system
- Track daily site attendance and labor coordination
- Maintain drawing and specification checklist (ensure latest versions are on-site)
- Document site progress and prepare weekly notes on next course of action
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and material suppliers
- Track critical path milestones and flag delays
*Post-Construction Role:*
The coordinator will transition into a Facility Management position at The Chapter, managing ongoing operations, vendor relationships, and maintenance.
