Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction and interior works at project sites. The candidate should ensure work quality, timely completion, and proper coordination with workers and clients.
- 🔧 Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily site activities (civil + interior works)
- Manage labor, masons, carpenters, electricians, etc.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor material usage and avoid wastage
- Maintain site discipline and safety
- Update daily progress to management (WhatsApp/report)
- Coordinate with clients during site visits
- Handle basic measurements and quality checks
- 📋 Requirements:Experience: 2–5 years in construction/interior site supervision
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Civil-related (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Concrete work
- Brickwork / AAC blocks
- Interior finishing (tiles, modular work, painting)
- Basic measurement and drawing understanding
- Must have bike & valid license
