Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

• Oversee daily waterproofing work at site according to approved specifications.
• Ensure correct application of waterproofing systems (coatings, membranes, grouting, etc.).
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with safety and technical standards.

2. Labour & Material Management

• Manage and allocate labour resources efficiently to meet project timelines.
• Plan daily and weekly work schedules and track progress.
• Ensure availability of required materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
• Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for timely delivery of waterproofing materials.

3. Client Coordination

• Communicate with clients/consultants regarding work progress and technical issues.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on execution status.
• Understand client requirements and ensure work is completed to their satisfaction.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily progress reports (DPR), material consumption logs, and labour records.
• Ensure proper documentation of completed work for billing and handover.
• Report site issues to Project Manager and recommend solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in site execution, preferably in waterproofing works.
• Strong knowledge of modern waterproofing materials and application techniques.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage labour teams and work under pressure.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.

Work Location - Site-based role (travel to different project locations may be required).
