Site Supervisor

Hi Way Road Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage road-marking, signboard-installation and other road-safety works at project sites.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, monitoring daily progress, coordinating with clients and engineers, maintaining site records and ensuring that work is completed safely and as per specifications.

• Key Responsibilities: Supervise thermoplastic road-marking, signboard installation and road-safety works.
• Manage labour teams and allocate daily work.
• Monitor work quality, measurements and site progress.
• Coordinate with client engineers, project managers and company management.
• Record daily work quantities, material consumption and labour attendance.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports with site photographs.
• Ensure materials, tools and machinery are properly used and maintained.
• Check availability of materials before starting work.
• Ensure workers follow safety procedures at the site.
• Assist in joint measurements and preparation of work-completion records.
• Report delays, material shortages, quality issues and site problems immediately.
• Travel to project sites across Tamil Nadu and other locations when required.
• Candidates with practical road-work or construction-site experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of site measurements and quantity calculation.
• Ability to manage labour teams and handle site pressure.
• Must know how to use WhatsApp, email and basic Excel.
• Must be able to send clear daily reports and photographs.
• Basic Hindi communication is preferred for handling labour teams.
• Two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
• Willingness to travel and stay at project locations is mandatory.
• Honest, disciplined and responsible candidates only.

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in any of the following will be given preference:

• Highway or road-construction projects
• Thermoplastic road marking
• Traffic-signboard installation
• Metal beam crash-barrier installation
• Civil or infrastructure works
