Job Description

Fairland Homes is looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities for our residential layout projects.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site work and labour activities.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors.
  • Ensure work is executed as per drawings and project requirements.
  • Monitor quality, safety, and project progress.
  • Maintain daily work reports and site records.
  • Check measurements and material usage.
  • Assist in planning and timely execution of site activities.


Requirements

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
