Role Description

A soft skills trainer is someone who helps people improve interpersonal and behavioral abilities—things like communication, teamwork, leadership, and emotional intelligence. These skills are crucial in workplaces, especially in roles involving collaboration, management, or customer interaction.

Responsibilities

·     Teaches communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, listening)

·     Builds confidence and public speaking ability

·     Trains on teamwork and collaboration

·     Develops leadership and decision-making skills

·     Helps with time management and productivity

·     Improves emotional intelligence and conflict resolution

·     Strong communication and presentation ability

·     Understanding of human behavior and psychology

·     Ability to engage and motivate people
