Job Description
- Job Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate new suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate prices.
- Compare vendor offers and prepare cost analysis reports.
- Create and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Maintain procurement records and vendor databases.
- Ensure quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met.
- Support inventory and material planning activities.
- Required Skills:Knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
- Ability to work with multiple vendors and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
