Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate new suppliers and vendors.
  • Obtain quotations and negotiate prices.
  • Compare vendor offers and prepare cost analysis reports.
  • Create and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
  • Maintain procurement records and vendor databases.
  • Ensure quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met.
  • Support inventory and material planning activities.
  • Required Skills:Knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
  • Ability to work with multiple vendors and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
