✅ Relevant experience in staffing industry more than 5 years
Key Responsibilities:
Should able to set up his own team of field recruiters and supervisors.
Should able to manage the clients without any escalation.
Should able to connect with ITI/ Polytechnic and colleges for bulk sourcing of candidates.
Should able to provide direction to team and ensure the clients manpower requirements are fulfilled on timely basis.
