Role Overview

This role is part of the Accounting Operations function, responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy and compliance to accounting principles, standards, and regulations. The position falls within the Administrative Career Stream, where colleagues primarily support operations by performing skilled technical, administrative, and operational tasks.

You are responsible for:

  • Cost Accounting
    • Allocate and analyze direct and indirect costs.
    • Perform actual vs. budgeted cost variance analysis.
    • Provide insights to support financial decision-making.
  • Budget Accounting
    • Assist in developing annual revenue and expense budgets.
    • Monitor budget execution to control funds and measure operating results.
    • Prepare reports to track financial performance against targets.
  • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
    • Process vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
    • Manage customer billing, collections, and cash application.
    • Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions.
  • Billing & Invoicing
  • Generate and review invoices for accuracy.
  • Maintain records of billing activities.
  • Support resolution of discrepancies with internal teams and external stakeholders.



Colleagues have knowledge of standardized work routines and methods, general facts and information but may need to escalate non-routine problems to a more experienced colleague or supervisor.
