Specialist- Corporate Communications

Your Role

As a Communication Manager at Nordex, you are part of the Corporate Communications team and collaborate closely with global colleagues in Germany (HQ Hamburg)\andSpain.

In this role, you are responsible for planning, implementing and further developing internal and external communication activities across different channels. You ensure consistent, clear and effective communication in line with Nordex corporate standards and support various business functions with communication expertise.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create, manage and continuously improve content across internal and external channels (e.g. intranet, corporate website, LinkedIn)
  • Develop and maintain the company’s intranet, coordinate editors and support internal communication processes
  • Prepare high-quality communication materials such as presentations, articles and speeches
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand communication across regions and functions
  • Coordinate and manage external partners (e.g. agencies, freelancers, suppliers)
  • Support cross-functional and strategic projects (e.g. transformation, sustainability, events) by providing communication concepts and materials
  • Plan and coordinate local communication initiatives and platforms

Your Profile

  • Degree in Communications, Media, Marketing or a related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in corporate communications, agencies or comparable international environments
  • Strong writing, editing and presentation skills
  • Experience working across multiple communication channels (digital and offline)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with content, image and AI tools
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Spanish or German language skills are an advantage
  • Structured, proactive and hands-on working style
  • Strong team orientation, ownership mindset and attention to detail
