YOUR TASKS:

• Update & Improving of department KPI´s Dashboards by using current versions and develop new KPI´s by using the best suitable software (e.g. Power BI, SAP Analytics…) for operative level until executive summary
• Support Global Sourcing Processes prepare Request for Quotation until final implementation in the systems (e.g. spend analysis by commodity & supplier, Masta Data SAP Settings, Forecasts´s, Preparation of RFQ Files, sending RFQ to supplier´s and ensure feedback, RFQ analysis until decision)
• SAP Masta Data ensure correct supplier masta data settings, Quantity Contracts, Volume Contracts & Delivery Schedules, support on material masta data
• Obsolescence Management support global team within operative processes from getting the product discontinuation notification until final implementation in all systems
• Sourcing Responsibility for certain commodities and suppliers 

YOUR  PROFILE

• Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in sourcing of related industries. Hands on experience in SAP system related to Master data creation, maintenance, Creation of PO’s etc., preferably from wind sector
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and result-oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and data quality
• Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, organized, process-driven, and improvement-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment and collaborating with remote teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs independently.
• Understanding of Sourcing and Supply Chain processes
