This role will be responsible for managing engineering changes across multiple phases—starting from change request initiation to ERP implementation—while ensuring alignment between Engineering, Industrialization, Configuration, HSE, and global operations teams.

The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder coordination abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset to streamline processes and enhance efficiency across the global manufacturing footprint.

Key Responsibilities

E2E Change Management Coordination

  • Ensure timely approval, documentation, and execution of engineering change notices (ECNs), ECOS, Technical Notes (TNs), and related system updates.

Dashboard & KPI Management

  • Communicate open tasks, blockers, delays, and decisions with clarity and follow-through.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate effectively between Engineering, Industrialization, Configuration, and Operations to ensure smooth transitions between all change phases.
  • Escalate issues, resolve dependencies, and monitor implementation progress across regions.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and distribute weekly change management reports highlighting decisions, risks, open actions, and priority items.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all change requests, approvals, timelines, and lessons learned for audit and compliance.

Compliance & Process Governance

  • Monitor USA and HSE compliance topics during reviews to ensure no gaps or delays.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance change management efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management, change management, operations, or industrial/manufacturing environments.
  • Experience managing complex global or cross-functional projects.
  • Strong project management skills (Agile/Waterfall, planning, risk management).
  • Expertise in change management workflows, impact analysis, and implementation tracking.
  • Advanced data analysis and KPI reporting abilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data modeling, reporting).
  • Experience with Power BI or other BI dashboards.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities (RCA, issue resolution, mitigation planning).
  • Knowledge of German, Spanish, or other European languages.

Competencies & Soft Skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong focus on data accuracy and documentation.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle global stakeholders.
  • Experience working with global, cross-border teams in a multinational environment.
