💰 CTC: Up to ₹6.5 LPA (Based on Experience & Last Drawn CTC)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end dark store operations and daily activities
✅ Ensure inventory accuracy, stock availability, and shrinkage control
✅ Lead and supervise store staff to achieve operational targets
✅ Monitor order processing, dispatch, and delivery SLAs
✅ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
✅ Analyze store performance and drive productivity improvements
✅ Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth store operations
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
✔ Any Graduate (Mandatory)
✔ Experience in Quick Commerce is mandatory
✔ Candidates from Blinkit, Zepto, Flipkart Minutes, BigBasket, or similar competitors preferred
✔ Strong team handling and operations management skills
