Job Description

  1. ISP:

 

  • Reporting to BDE
  • Core responsibility: Consumer conversation at store
  • Execution Focus: In-Store selling, Sampling, upselling, wet sampling
  • Ensure product availability and maintain adequate stock in store freezers
  • Drive sales by explaining product features, quality, usage, and ongoing promotional offers
  • Maintain attractive product displays

 

Desired Skills:

  • 10th/12th pass or Graduate.
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail/FMCG/frozen foods
  • Should not be ex employee of D-mart
  • Candidate must be based near the assigned D-Mart location and should be comfortable with daily commuting.
  • Age must be
  • Maximum age: 27 years
