Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Wedding Card Invitations Sales Executive to assist clients in selecting and customizing wedding invitations and related stationery products. • Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom or contacting the company through phone, email, or social media.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, budgets, and wedding themes.
• Present wedding invitation designs, paper options, printing techniques, and customization services.
• Generate quotations and explain pricing, timelines, and order processes.
• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain customer records and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle customer concerns and provide timely solutions.
• Stay updated on wedding invitation trends, materials, and printing technologies.
• Upsell complementary products such as envelopes, wedding stationery, thank-you cards, return gifts, and event signage.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, wedding services, printing, stationery, or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales.
