Strategy Analyst- Integration
Job Description:
Responsibilities
Support Due Diligence & Integration Planning
- Assist in financial, commercial, and operational analysis during due diligence
- Support development of Day 1 readiness plans and 100-day integration roadmap
Financial Analysis & Modeling
- Build and maintain financial models to support valuation, synergy estimation, and business case development
- Support variance analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking post-close
Synergy Identification & Tracking
- Support identification, quantification, and tracking of cost and revenue synergies
- Maintain synergy tracking tools and dashboards in coordination with finance and workstream leads
Commercial & Operational Analytics
- Conduct analyses such as customer/product profitability, pricing insights, and 80/20 analysis
- Identify growth opportunities and areas for margin improvement
Executive Reporting & Decision Support
- Help Prepare materials for leadership updates, including SteerCo presentations and executive summaries
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decision-making
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with functional teams (Finance, Commercial, HR, IT, Operations) to gather data and align on key initiatives
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of information across workstreams
Ad Hoc Strategic Projects
- Support special projects related to acquisitions, performance improvement, and business transformation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong financial acumen, including financial modeling, variance analysis, and performance tracking
- Experience in strategy, consulting, FP&A, corporate development, or analytics roles preferred
- Experience supporting M&A, integration, or transformation initiatives is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and matrixed environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines
- Willingness to travel as required to support integration activities
