Senior Engineer - Design - Structural (Structural Steel)

Job Function	EDRC	Role	Senior Engineer – Design – Structural (Structural Steel)
Sub Job Family	Structural	Band	Tier 1

SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)
Deliver steel design calculations and drawings, ensuring compliance with codes and constructability.
SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
	Perform steel member and connection design. Develop design reports and review drawings. Coordinate with detailing/fabrication teams. Support design optimization for economy. Assist in technical discussions with clients.
SECTION IV: KEY INTERACTIONS
Internal Stakeholder		Purpose of Interaction
		To coordinate with design and drafting teams for accurate and timely deliverables.
External Stakeholder		Purpose of Interaction
		To interface with consultants and vendors for drawing validation and design support.
SECTION V: KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
KNOWLEDGE
Minimum Qualifications		Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Master’s in Structural Engineering (preferred)
Language Skills		Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of regional/local languages is (preferred)
EXPERIENCE
Years of Experience		6–10 years in structural steel design.
Nature of Experience		Industrialized construction system design, parametric modeling, team leadership.
