Job description & expectations –

• The candidate must have 8-10 years’ experience of Analysis & Design of Residential, Commercial & Hospital Buildings.

• He/ She should have complete knowledge of latest IS Codes as well as local statutory regulations related to structural Design & Detailing.

• Preparation of tender design and drawings

• Responsible for tender estimation - Civil BOQs

• Finalization of structural scheme for High Rise buildings fulfilling all structural design Code requirements and statutory body regulations.

• Will be responsible for checking / issue of detailed structural Design calculations/Reports and design drawings.

• Should have good knowledge of Analysis Design Software like ETABS, SAFE, STAAD etc.

• Should be conversant with interdisciplinary & site coordination

• The candidate is expected to have keen eye for Value Engineering

• Should have good practical knowledge of site construction activity.

• He/ She should be able to manage a small team of design engineers and draft-persons.
