Job Description

Role:

Manage day-to-day floor operations for sorting, grading, packing, and dispatch of fresh fruits & vegetables.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise workers and floor activities

• Ensure smooth packing and dispatch operations

• Maintain quality, hygiene, and discipline

• Reduce wastage and monitor productivity

• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams

• Maintain basic daily reports and attendance

Requirements:

• 2–5 years experience in factory / warehouse / FMCG / food processing operations

• Ability to handle labor and floor operations

• Basic computer knowledge preferred

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualities:

• Responsible and hardworking

• Hands-on approach

• Good team handling ability

• Ability to work under pressure
