Job Description

  • Manpower Planning & Deployment: Coordinate daily, weekly, or shift-based staffing schedules to ensure optimal worker allocation and task coverage.
  • Team Supervision & Coaching: Lead and mentor personnel to achieve production or service goals, providing feedback to boost productivity.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and safety regulations (e.g., PPE usage) to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Performance Management: Monitor performance metrics, conduct performance appraisals, and provide coaching or disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Operations Coordination: Act as the first point of contact for solving personnel issues, bottlenecks, and operational challenges on-site.
  • Reporting & Communication: Maintain accurate records of attendance, productivity, and incidents, reporting to senior management.
