Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Control & Accuracy
• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Implement best practices to minimize shrinkage, obsolescence, and stock-outs.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP/WMS systems.
• Operations Management
• Coordinate with Telecom Service Providers, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure seamless flow of goods.
• Supervise inbound and outbound processes, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt.
• Process Improvement
• Identify gaps in inventory processes and recommend improvements.
• Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports for management.
• Track KPIs such as inventory, order fulfillment rate, and accuracy percentage.
• Compliance & Safety
• Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and safety standards.
• Support internal and external audits related to inventory and operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field.
• 1.5–6 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
