Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customers and resolve queries effectively.
  • Provide product, service, and process-related information to customers in a professional manner.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with customers regarding inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution.
  • Record customer interactions, feedback, and call details accurately in CRM or internal systems.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Explain company services, offers, and process details to potential customers or candidates.
  • Manage customer complaints and escalate critical issues when required.
  • Support lead generation, appointment scheduling, and customer engagement activities.
  • Maintain daily call reports, MIS updates, and performance tracking records.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
