Tax Associate

Tax Analyst position requires understanding of Tax and its implications for multiple regions

Tax Exceptions – Global - Ariba

• Ensure that invoices assigned for Tax exceptions are cleared within 3 days TAT

• Ensure emails related to Tax exceptions are immediately addressed (2 days TAT)

• Participate in meetings with Supplier for any queries with respect to tax exceptions

• Ensure to arrest the root cause of the issues that are causing Tax exceptions by working with cross functional teams

• Provide inputs to prepare the metrics and the issues presented in Senior Management discussions on Ariba Exceptions

Tax Exceptions – Global - iERP

• Support the Tax Exception process for NA and EU

• Support iERP launch from Tax side for other regions

• This is a new area and objectives will evolve over the period – Need to be agile and flexible in adopting the changing scenarios on account of launch of iERP and its impact in Tax exceptions

• Ensure to arrest the root cause of the issues that are causing Tax exceptions by supporting cross functional teams

• Provide inputs present to Senior Management on the status, issues, concerns and way forward action plans

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA with 2-3 years of experience handling Indirect Tax

• Understanding of the basic concepts of tax on various regions

• Understanding Tax implications in all regions

• Understanding Cross Functional teams involvement and Fords system is required

• Must be good in Communication (Oral and Verbal).
